Terms and conditions:
I decided to implement these rules because it kept happening regularly that instead of the planned number of hours, I ended up having much less, but my time was still blocked, payments were delayed, etc. It should also motivate you to attend our regular meetings, which are necessary for your progress. Therefore, if you already know that you will have to cancel every second session without a possible substitution, it becomes disadvantageous for both of us. Cancellation or rescheduling more than 24 hours in advance:
The lessons are paid in advance for 1 month. If you cancel a lesson, you can use that credit for substitution (in the next 3 months). These substitute lessons are counted separately from our regular ones. Therefore if you cancel one lesson in September, in October you still pay for 4 not 3 (as if we had all the lessons), plus you can use the credit for that one cancelled lesson until the end of December.
How to substitute a lesson?
a) I can make you exercises, that we can check on our next lesson or we can chat online during the week b) finding another date (any time during the next 3 months) c) making the following lessons longer (2x90 minutes or 4x75 minutes).
Cancellation or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance:
In case of late cancellation, the lesson is paid as if it took place. You can cancel a lesson 2x a year (September-June) without consequence or giving a reason.
I am open to being more flexible and tolerant during the summer months as it is a time of vacations for most of us.
